For women becoming

You are not
falling apart.
You are
finding yourself.

A space for women navigating identity shifts, empty nests, career pivots, and the beautiful chaos of choosing themselves — at any age.

"At forty-two, I bought a motorbike in India. I'm learning to longboard. I'm starting over — and it turns out, that's the most alive I've ever felt."

— Founder, The Saheli Collective

A woman living
the questions out loud

I'm a forty-two year old woman living in India, rediscovering joy on two wheels and figuring out who I am on the other side of everything I thought defined me.

My second son leaves the nest next month. My career is pivoting. I ride a motorbike. I'm learning to longboard. None of this was the plan — and all of it feels like becoming.

The Saheli Collective is where I document that in real time. Honest conversations. No performing. Just one woman walking the path and inviting others who feel the same pull to walk it alongside her.

Future retreats and 1:1 coaching are coming — but first, community. First, showing up.

What we talk about

Four threads. One conversation.

01

Brave Living

Motorbike rides, learning something terrifying, moving countries, pivoting careers. Proof that choosing yourself isn't reckless — it's necessary.

02

Identity in Motion

The honest conversations. Empty nest, career reinvention, who am I at forty-two. The kind of content that makes women DM you saying "I thought I was the only one."

03

India Through Her Eyes

Life in the colour and chaos of it all. What it actually feels like to live here as a foreign woman. The quiet beginning of the retreat dream.

04

Coming Home to Yourself

Breathwork, somatic tools, reflection prompts. The quieter, more inward content — where the real transformation lives. Worn lightly, not announced loudly.
